Lin Wang, Founder & Partner

Lin Wang is a co-founder and Partner of Chatham Capital and a member of its executive credit committee. She brings over 15 years of investment and banking experience to Chatham’s leadership team. At Chatham, Mrs. Wang is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, structuring transactions, managing due diligence, negotiating financing agreements, and working with portfolio companies. On the operations side, Ms. Wang oversees fund management activity, including quarterly investor reports, investment valuations, fund formation and organizational documents. She was instrumental in Chatham’s application for the SBIC license for its SBIC subsidiary granted in 2014. Mrs. Wang is also a key person in managing Chatham’s relationships with its lenders. She played a leading role in nearly half of Chatham’s investments, including a number of the firm’s most successful deals. Prior to Chatham, Mrs. Wang was an investment banker with Cardinal Ventures executing private and public equity and debt offerings and merger and acquisition transactions. Previously, she worked at DCA Global, a private wealth management firm. Mrs. Wang received a B.S. with honors in Finance and International business from Emory University.
